I'm somewhat confused, I usually order the Hot and Spicy kebab @ £17.50 but decided to try the Grilled Meat Platter @ £21, what I received was identical to the Hot and Spicy, so what was the extra £3.50 for?

Batter on the hamburger supper was raw and burgers were cold

Food was cold on arrival. Will not be ordering again. Had the same problem with the other Fish & Chip shop in Tranent. Also NOT worth £13.40 for a fish supper at Crollas. The price is only £11 for a large fish supper at the other fish n chip shop in Tranent (& the portion size is larger too!).

Order regular, excellent food & fast delivery! We have ordered Fish & chips, Doner pizza, Doner wrap and pasta, always arrives hot and exactly on time, sometimes quicker!

Delivered in about 20 minutes, which is really good. Champion burger was good but chicken wrap thing was really poor. Wrap was cold and tough as leather and salad consisted of 2 bits of cucumber, small amount of lettuce and at least one onion on each wrap. Will definitely order from them again, just not the wraps

The food is too expensive, but.... The portion size isn't unreasonable for the price. The issue arises that a fish supper contains 2 fish and a substantial amount of chips. A small fish supper was a single fish and a substantial amount of chips. For reference, a fish supper is a single fish and a portion of chips together. A large supper would be 2 fish, same chips. Small supper would be a single fish and less chips. Priced accordingly you'd do better and take less slagging on the FB pages for your prices. I still enjoyed it though - batter was light and crispy, fish was tender and flavourful (had some bones tho) but I'll still go to Joes for a fish supper at half the price and a more realistic portion. The wallet ultimately rules the take away choices.
